Terms and Conditions OMG67 — Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to OMG67. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and OMG67 ("Company") governing the use of the OMG67 digital entertainment platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

1Membership Eligibility

2Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) OMG67 account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and any balances within them forfeited. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device information.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. Required information includes your full name as per a valid identification document, date of birth, active email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by the OMG67 registration system.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all OMG67 members before any withdrawal request is approved. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents as determined by OMG67 from time to time.

• False or misleading registration information is a serious violation of these terms.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their profile information is kept up to date.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

OMG67 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

All funds deposited into an OMG67 account must be used for wagering purposes only. OMG67 is not a financial institution and does not pay any interest on member account balances. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.

4Bonus & Promotions

• You are not permitted to use the OMG67 platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• You must ensure that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or region.
• You are not permitted to share your account login credentials with any other party.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt OMG67 systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Confirmation that a member does not meet the age or geographic eligibility requirements.
• False or misleading registration information.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Use of software or methods that provide an unfair advantage in any game.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Request by relevant legal authorities.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the OMG67 support team. Self-initiated account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned once all required checks have been completed.

9Liability Limit

The OMG67 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, OMG67 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to the specific needs of every member.

• OMG67 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• OMG67 is not liable for any actions, claims, or liabilities arising from a member's own breach of these terms.
• OMG67's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
• OMG67 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

10Amendment of Terms and Conditions

OMG67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the OMG67 website.

We will endeavour to notify members of major changes via in-account notifications or registered email. However, it is the member's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page from time to time to stay informed of the latest version in effect.

Continued use of the OMG67 platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 8.
